A Retreat-Week for women in English language … if there are only bookings by German-speaking women I will do it in German!

This week, I want to connect women more intensely with their feminine sensuality, their feelings and their inner and outer beauty and elemental power as a woman in order to open up possible new aspects of their value as a woman:

• Breath- and pelvic floor-exercises to better connect with your own body and to perceive   the  flow of energy

• Mutual appreciation by the women present

• Recognize your own beauty in the mirror of others

• A "Trance-journey into my feminine sensuality and the heart space"

• Connection of your sacred womb space and your heart

• Inauguration ritual in the power of femininity

• Menopause ritual for women who are already in menopause

• The power of cycles for menstruating women

• How can you enjoy your sexuality? Let´s open to more fulfillment

• Rituals on the ocean and my power place in nature near the Canarian pine

Price: € 484,- per person / week including accommodation for two in the studio Estrella or four in the apartment Mar, without meals, 

€ 561,- for one person in the studio or if only two women book the apartment.

Accommodation: for 4 to 6 people (two in the studio - only recommended for close friends, four women in the apartment)

Before or after that, you can book additional days.

If you need extra (single) rooms, I can help, on request, to book accommodation with one of my two neighbors (two minutes' walk from me) and to charge the pure seminar price of € 330,-.

Individual healing sessions, familyconstellations or Yoga-sessions can be booked on site if required.
